A lightweight screen-annotation tool for macOS and Windows: draw on top of anything on your screen, then switch back to clicking through to the apps underneath without losing what you drew. On iPad and Android tablets it installs as a web app for drawing on a board or on a photo.

Three interconnected storefronts — retail and wholesale, linked through Shopify Collective — were checked by hand every morning. The checks were slow and error-prone, and items still oversold.
A zero-database dashboard on Cloudflare Workers and KV now automates the daily fulfillment report: morning routing, box-packing volume estimates and no double-counting across channels.
Native shipping logic applied free shipping to heavily discounted clearance carts, leaking margin on every one of those orders.
A Shopify Function on the Delivery Customization API, compiled to WebAssembly, evaluates discounts at line-item level during checkout, blocks the leak and saves thousands of dollars a year.
Standard tracking apps could not follow 4–10 week ocean-freight pre-orders, so every shipment cycle produced a spike in support requests.
An edge-serverless portal on Cloudflare Workers and KV lets customers check their batch's transit schedule through HMAC-SHA256 tokens, absorbs traffic spikes and exposes no personal information.
Before writing custom code I check what Shopify, Cloudflare or the browser already does. Custom work is reserved for what the platform and generic apps cannot handle.
When custom code is justified it runs on Cloudflare Workers, KV and Shopify Functions: no server to patch and close to zero infrastructure overhead.
I measure a tool by the manual work it removes and the mistakes it prevents, not by its feature list.
